We are searching for a science major student to help with the development of science publications and may include computer based tasks such as: data collection, article searches, e-mailing surveys, data entry and data analysis.  Your work may lead to co-authorship on a published article in a medical journal.

The internship may include training in science methods depending on student interest. The internship is structured to enhance the resume of the student for applying to graduate school or in the job market.

General internship description

Learn research methodology
8-12 hours per week (flexible)
2 month time period
Much of the work may be done at home on your own computer/once weekly on site
Compensation: $500-$750

Beneficial skills

Prior business course work
Working knowledge of Excel, Outlook, Word programs
Socially mature
